General Contracting

BRICON Construction is responsible for the day-to-day over view of your construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. BRICON provides all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of a project. In order to provide the services that are expected of a General Contractor we have a network of specialized subcontractors stretching across Canada. Our number one priority is safety on the job site.

Responsibilities may include applying for building permits, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing site personnel , providing site surveying and engineering, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Construction Management

Bricon offers a professional service that ensures construction projects run smoothly from start to finish. We use specialized project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from beginning to end.

Design/Build

BRICON coordinates all aspects of your construction project. We work closely with the client and consulting team to provide drawings ready for permit submission, complete the tender process, execute construction and ensure all closeout documentation is provided to all parties involved. Also known as a turn-key project, we get everything ready so that all you have to do is open the door and occupy your new space.

Pre-Construction Services

A unique service offered by Bricon is budget composition for future projects. Leasing agents constantly need budget construction costs to sign deals and get tenants into new or existing commercial spaces. Before drawings are even complete we can provide a full service pre-construction process that involves specialized sub-trades, consultant input, historical information, and on-site surveys to develop a pricing structure to the client for construction costs.
